Reem Rice is managed by a team of highly qualified & experienced professionals lead by Mr. Javed Islam Agha, General Manager (Chief Operating Officer) who has more than 14 years experience in modern Rice Milling & export trade Industry of Pakistan. He was the founder Chairman of Rice Exporters Association of Pakistan (REAP) from 1994 to 2000.

Each department is headed by a highly qualified professional Manager carrying vast experience in his respective field. Reem Rice has at present 164 permanent employees most of whom are skilled workers. Reem also employs seasonal contract labor for handling of paddy & rice during procurement season only. There is no child labor ever employed in Reem.
